Sam has been responsible for the soundtrack to London’s greatest parties over the last ten years
2009 saw him become the first European DJ to be signed to the prestigious US DJ agency SKAM Artist and with them he toured the States twice in 2010 and just returned from his first tour of 2011.
Sam was also the first person to be awarded the 'Best DJ' award twice at the London club and bar awards in 2007 and 2010. Sam has continued to be an ambassador for Red Bull (entertaining the crowds at their Monaco Grand Prix party three times now). Sam has played Royal Weddings (Freddie Windsor) to rock superstar's birthday bashes (Elton John) to Film Premieres (Sex and the City and The Golden Compass) to opening concerts for ultra hip acts like Tiesto, Pete Tong, Bob Sinclar, Mark Ronson, Hot Chip and Wiley. And many exclusive parties for the likes of Gucci, Damien Hirst, Laureus World Sports awards, BAFTA, The Brit Awards, Kings of Leon, Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, 50 Cent, Naomi Campbell and many more.
Sam has taken his Nod Factor & Blowout party brand London-wide; from its highly gossiped about beginnings at Bungalow 8 (seeing guest DJs such as Chase & Status, Shy Fx, Yoda, Jag Skillz, Hot Chip, Benga, Roni Size, De La Soul, Skream, Caspa, Crookers, Adam F, Zinc, Shortee Blitz, DJ Swerve, Loose Cannons etc hit the decks and celebs such as Lohan, Barton and more credibly Arthur Baker hit the dancefloor) to the Nod Factor Sessions having a Saturday residency at The Hoxton Pony in the summer of 2010.
Sam’s Nod Factor label has continued to pump out the storming releases, 2011 see's work from major dance names Felix Da Housecat, DJ Pierre, DJ Skribble and Supafly Inc release new music alongside Sam's own remixes of Nod Factor artists.
Sam's new track 'Runaway Love' is featured on the new Hed Kandi - Miami World Series album and the single will be released on Prok & Fitch's Floorplay label in the summer of 2011. Sam has also recently remixed for the likes of Timo Maas, Mark Knight & Tiesto, Cassie, Nneka, Tiny Kid and Brass Knuckles.
